1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Locint (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Locint is a web platform for qualifying inbound leads, recording consent, and routing verified calls. Available features depend on your plan and may change as the product evolves.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. When you register you agree to:

  • Give accurate and complete registration details
  • Keep that information current
  • Protect your credentials and any API keys
  • Take responsibility for activity under your account
  • Tell us right away about suspected unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you agree to:

  • Pay the fees listed for your plan, plus applicable taxes
  • Keep billing information accurate and current
  • Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Remain responsible for all charges on your account

Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change plans or pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You will not:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and consent rules
  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated lead or consent records
  • Impersonate another person or misstate your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach the Service
  • Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
  • Disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
  • Violate the privacy rights of consumers or third parties

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand assets, belongs to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a limited right to use the Service, not ownership of it.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Using the Service means you accept that handling.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that the Service alone will make your program compliant with any law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
