The Service, including its software, design, and brand assets, belongs to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you a limited right to use the Service, not ownership of it.
You keep ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Using the Service means you accept that handling.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that the Service alone will make your program compliant with any law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
